Aunque las necesidades y riesgos sociales son similares, la respuesta que tradicionalmente se ha dado a esas necesidades ha sido muy diferente en cada una de las tres \u00e1reas. El territorio transfronterizo constituye en ese sentido un laboratorio del que pueden extraerse an\u00e1lisis, aprendizajes e innovaciones de gran inter\u00e9s para la mejora de las pol\u00edticas de intervenci\u00f3n social<\/p>\n<p>Este primer Seminario ser\u00e1 un punto de encuentro entre la academia, la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y los agentes sociales de dicho \u00e1mbito geogr\u00e1fico.
